We liked the room very much, after the renovation it is even more beautiful in the hotel, very quiet and very clean everything. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was even richer during the last stay, but of course still very good!

The only pity was that there was only a shower towel and a blanket, although we had booked for two people. Since staff at the reception could help out quickly.

The parking lot in the underground garage cost 12 € per day. 6 € would be reasonable.

The units at the hotel are spacious and recently renovated with a convenient working desk. The staff members are incredibly friendly. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of New Castle.

Big rooms, cosy public areas, nice lobby-bar. Very good breakfast.
Braekfast is good but too crowdy at least on sunday mornings. Didn't get any table in breakfast-room and had to sit in lobby-bar. But ist was more quiet, so didn't really harm us.

The location here is great and the staff was really friendly when we asked for help, plus it's close to the Festspielhaus, the cemetery, and Old Town, and breakfast had a lot of choices.

The receptionist advised us of the sushi place which was closed due to refurbishment. On a check out the other receoptionist didn't speak any English and when we asked why the hotel charge stated that we paid with the VISA card as we paid by cash. She didn't explain anything, took the invoice from us, went somewhere and on return gave us correct invoice. Again, no explanations, no apologies.

Everything was good, including excellent staff and magnificent location close to the Oldtown. The room was newly decorated & modern with remarkably comfortable beds for europe, had free Wi-Fi. The property was in the centre of the city.
